In Chennai, India, two colleagues working on a Cisco project discovered something rare — alignment.

Not just in skillset. Not just in ambition. But in curiosity.

During breaks, while others disconnected, we connected — talking about emerging technologies, startup ideas, digital transformation, and the dream of building something meaningful.

Those conversations were not casual. They were consistent. They were intentional. They were driven by mutual respect.

Friendship turned into shared vision. Shared vision turned into long evening brainstorming sessions. And over years, an unshakable foundation formed — trust. And trust became our greatest asset.

But wherever we went, the friendship — and the idea — followed.

Across countries and time zones, after long workdays, we kept building the dream in conversations. We challenged each other honestly, debated fiercely without ego, disagreed yet trusted completely.

We weren’t just colleagues planning a company. We were friends building a future.

The mission was simple and powerful: Remove the middleman. Empower creators. Build direct connections.

We built it remotely — powered by friendship, fueled by belief. Minimal marketing. Organic traction. Real validation.

It was proof that two friends with conviction could build something that mattered.

Companies began reaching out. There was a visible skills gap in Europe. Projects needed ownership, not just execution.

Through uncertain times, one thing stayed certain: We trusted each other.

And sometimes, in entrepreneurship, that trust is stronger than funding.

The early days were intense. We were Recruiters, Engineers, account managers, finance handlers, vision carriers — all at once.

Convincing our first two hires required days of passionate storytelling and belief-sharing. They joined.

Soon after, we onboarded our first client, Mijndomein — a partnership that continues to this day.

ClockHash was built not on capital, but on friendship-backed conviction.

Our team grew from 2 to 6.

We took our first co-working office space in TransAsia Corporate Park.

With every new hire, we carried forward a culture rooted in Transparency, Mutual respect, and Ownership.

We also began building internal products such as Cloudash and Auto CI/CD solutions. Growth was in capability, culture, and confidence.

Our team expanded from 6 to 12.

What began as two friends discussing ideas in Chennai evolved into a growing engineering force supporting global enterprises.

We conducted our first campus recruitment.

Our startup idea, TowerWatch, was selected into Enterprise Ireland’s prestigious New Frontiers accelerator programme.

We expanded our client portfolio, onboarding companies like Atarim and Substitute Teacher.

We moved into a bigger dedicated office in Q1 Business Park.

Recognition validated our innovation. Responsibility strengthened our culture.

We launched Alphainterface, Hashnodes, Hashsecured, and Hashinfra.

We embraced AI and DevOps transformation at scale — evolving into a technology innovation engine.

We proved that friendship can scale. That trust can build companies. That shared vision can create ecosystems.

At its heart, the company still reflects its origin — two friends who chose courage over comfort, action over hesitation, belief over doubt.
